Odger

Chair

by IKEA

Why is it sustainable?

ODGER is a chair made with a mix of recycled plastic and wood coming from sustainably managed forests.

Legs and seat are simply clicked together, without the need for glues or screws.

IKEA is on a journey to make all its wood-based products more sustainable and has announced that – by 2020 – all wood will be either recycled or FSC certified. IKEA is also committed to supporting sustainable forest management and – through its collaboration with WWF – it has contributed to increasing FSC certified forests by over 85 million acres in Europe and Asia.
