Why is it sustainable?
The Blackened table light is made of cork, a material that is harvested without damaging the tree. Harvesting cork only touches the outer bark, which gives the cork oak the possibility to regenerate.
From harvesting to making, every phase of the production is handmade by skilled craftsmen in Portugal, the homeland of cork's growing and manufacturing.
